Las Fajitas Mexican Restaurant

Was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. And, the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely go here again.

Have tried it twice since it opened (recently) and both times we were very, very pleased! Mexican food like I make myself but when we're pressed for time, it's good to know we can stop here on our travel down the mountain and get some good, authentic fare! The service is so friendly too! **The Burrito Grande had to weigh close to 2 lbs, because my husband, a hearty eater could only eat half and he's a big man what we took home easily weighed 1 lb! (no joke!)

Enjoyed this restaurant FAR more than I was expecting. We wanted a locally owned place to get dinner with would food and they exceeded expectations. The carne asada was perfectly cooked and the carnitas were EXCELLENT. On top of all that, very good margaritas. And, AND the salsa was balanced, spicy, and so flavorful. This place is 100% going to be in our restaurant rotation now. YUM.

We’ve been here twice. Both times the food was delicious. The combination plates have decent portions, but the burritos are much smaller than if just ordering off the burrito menu which is okay since it’s part of the combination, just an FYI. The chips and salsa are fresh and yummy. The queso; so delicious! The grande burritos are also delicious, but HUGE. Everything we had was loved by all. The first time we visited the server was friendly, but not very available. This time Mia served us, and she was FABULOUS! The restaurant was full, she was practically running from table to table, and she made sure she checked in with us and that we had everything we needed. I will add that they seemed a bit short staffed both visits, but I know it’s hard to predict how busy a restaurant will be. Otherwise, Las Fajitas has the best Mexican food that we’ve found in the Littleton area.

Two of us shared 2-combination fajitas and a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. The dishes smelled aromatic and tasted flavorful and delicious. The restaurant was clean. Service was friendly and fast. Will return.

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened. But never see any cars here. One of our bank tellers told us the food was really good, so we decided to try today. Service was great, attentive, and quick! Their chips are served warm, which is very refreshing, and their salsa is delicious with a little bit of heat at the end. Just perfect. Portions were good and their menu is huge. Typical Mexican restaurant decor, could use a spruce up, but clean nonetheless! Thank you!

Yum! Great service, and the salsa was the bomb with warm chips. At a place with that name, of course, we ordered the fajitas!

One of the better Mexican restaurants I’ve had lately in the area. Chips and salsa were really good and you can tell they were homemade. Good options for kids and the main entrees were great! Also had a margarita and it hit the spot. Coming back with friends as soon as possible.
